Man stabbed to death in his bed in Flushing Queens

A man was stabbed to death in his bed at approximately 2am in Flushing Queens. His wife locked herself in a nearby room and cried silently while their home was broken into by a burglar, who had climbed onto the second floor patio and then entered their bedroom before the attack.

Investigators said, the man was high on drugs while encountering hallucinations during the attack.

A forensic team can be seen collecting evidence from the crime scene.

Neighbors said that they heard loud screams and noises coming from the apartment around 2am.

Police arrested the attacker and the investigation is ongoing.
